Those eligible: Offered to Maryland dairy youth who are members of a junior breed organization (all breeds), have/had a 4-H dairy project, and are enrolled in a four year program at a college of agriculture. Will be awarded at the Maryland State Fair during the 4-H Supreme Dairy Show in August.
